Sugar River Valley PF Annual Banquet

Dave & Bob drawing prizesOur Annual Banquet is held the first Saturday in October at Lelle's in Woodford. This years event is scheduled for October 6, with the doors opening at 5pm. Buffer Supper begins at 6 and runs to about 7:30. The program starts about 7:30 with a live auction starting at about 8pm.

grossen drawing prize ticketBesides our usual great prizes like a Gene Upward Turkey Call we will also have all kinds of special 25th Anniversary Pheasants Forever Items and we will also have a 25th Anniversary Raffle in addition to the numerous gun raffles and other raffles that we have each year.

The second part of the form has to do with the Youth Hunt and also with Food Plot Providers

Mike receives white pheasant awardEvery year the chapter awards a stuffed albino pheasant to the chapter member who has done great things for pheasant habitat over the last year. This years winner in Mike Peterson who put in over 60 acres of foodplots for the chapter in the area

The Chapter can now celebrate reaching the $250,000 mark in funds spent locally on Wildlife Habitat including warm weather grasses and food plots. Jeff Gaska our Wisconsin Field Biologist and Representative will present the award at our banquet.

inside clubhouseWe also have a free Sponsor/Committee/Habitat Provider Appreciation Banquet the first Satureday in December at the Argyle Rod & Gun Club starting at 5pm with a buffet meal starting at 6. We will again have a special raffle and many prizes for our sponsors and other hard working members or habitat providers.

We are also planning a small game feed to follow the youth hunt at the rod and gun club as a way of saying thank-you to our many mentors.

The Lion's Club also has a Steak Fry which followed our PF Sporting Clays event in mid July
